Orders will be shipped using various delivery services, depending on the destination and time required to deliver for a courier at the moment we ship. You might be required to sign the package to receive the item, so please choose an address where someone will be available to sign and receive the package during business hours.
Most in-stock items or sample orders will be shipped within 3 business days after we receive the cleared payment.

For customized or bulk order, our sales will contact you to ship with our logistic partners by air / sea.
Import taxes is not charged for small or sample orders in most cases for many countries.
Some countries outside Hong Kong may require import tax, duties and related Customs fees for imports, and these costs are not covered by payments made to us. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country and we can provide the invoices for Custom clear.

You are welcome to return or exchange if it is defected within 7 days of the date of delivery in its original packaging and condition. Once we have checked the condition of the item, you will be refunded via your original method of payment or have the option to exchange your item.
Kindly note all shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your product is damaged in any way on delivery, please notify us and send us images as proof within 3 days of delivery so we may correct this as soon as possible.
We may revise the above terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If any dispute arises, the company’s determination shall be final.
